5:15 PM – 6:45 PM: Welcome reception on tradeshow floor
7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Breakfast on the exhibit floor (tradeshow floor open)
8:30 AM – 2:30 PM: Exhibitor on-floor demos and networking, conference sessions
12:00 PM – 1:15 PM: On floor buffet luncheon in Exhibit Hall
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Final networking break in the exhibit hall, special prize giveaways

5:15 PM – 7:15 PM: Cocktail reception
Tradeshow floor is closed – exhibitors and sponsors welcome to attend sessions.
7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Breakfast in the classroom
8:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Sessions in classroom
11:30 AM – 11:45 AM: Closing remarks and special prize giveaways

Your 10x10 Booth includes:
Free furniture including 6' skirted table + 2 chairs or Tall cocktail table (no stools), waste basket, black drape, and ID sign.
Two full-access conference passes per 10x10 booth
Custom company listing on event app and logo on event signage
Exhibit hall is already carpeted no additional charge, no need to order carpet.
Back drape and a side drape included (corner booths) do not have end side drape; back drape is 8' tall and side drape is 3' tall
WiFi available at no charge
Two full breakfasts and luncheons with attendees
Access to attendee list prior to event and one final post-conference

How to Ship to the Conference
Shipping to the event:
- Pechanga Resort & Casino does not have warehousing for private events, meaning all items must be shipped through the event's drayage company Recor Logistics.
- Shipping items directly to the hotel will result in drayage fees.
- Exhibitors are welcome to hand-carry items into the event on the day of the event free of charge.
- Recor Logistics offers warehousing for items up to 14 days in advance of the event, with delivery on the day of the event.

Additional Shipping Info:
- Pechanga Resort & Casino does not have a business center, all shipments need to be handcarried or shipped through Recor
- Handing charges (drayage) will be charged for every box sent through Recor
- Exhibitor is responsible for all labels and scheduling return shipments
- Failure to obtain return labels prior to the end of the show will result in a fee
Electrical Services
- Pechanga Resort & Casino is the exclusive provider of electrical services.
- Exhibitors must submit an Electrical Services Order Form to the
- Pechanga Resort & Casino Audio Visual Department.
- The form can be emailed to mschoeder@pechanga.com or faxed to (951)770-8565.
- To receive the advance rate pricing, full payment must be received no later than two weeks prior to the event.
- All other orders will be processed at the show-site rate.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Dedicated/Specialty and 24-hour power will be at double the listed price.

Register Your Booth Personnel
Exhibitor Badges
You will be sent a special code to register for exhibitor badges in December. If you wish to purchase additional badges, you can purchase them directly on the website here.
If you do not know your special code, please contact Chase Scott at chase@ravingconsulting.com or call 775-329-7864.
- Visit the attendee registration form
- Select I am registering as an “Exhibitor/Sponsor"
- Enter the first person's info and select “Exhibitor/Sponsor Pass”
- RSVP for any complimentary events
- Use the code provided to you via email in the Special Conference Code box towards the bottom for full discount
- Hit Save attendee and then ‘Add Another Attendee’
- Repeat steps above for the additional pass (enter the special code each time for the discount)
- If you need additional passes, you can purchase them for $495. Please note, these passes are for your company team members only.
- Please register your booth staff by January 8.
Event Mobile App, Logo and Prizes
Your Logo
All exhibitors and sponsors need to send a high-res logo file to chase@ravingconsulting.com by January 8, 2025. This will be used for on-site signage.
EPS and AI files preferred. High resolution JPG and PNG files are acceptable.
Prizes!
You are encouraged to give away prizes to attendees. We will be awarding them through our virtual passport along with session giveaways, plus our final networking break with special prize giveaway. Email chris@ravingconsulting.com if you would like to give away a gift or prize!
Event Mobile App
All exhibitors and sponsors will gain access to the event mobile app before the event. You can customize your booth listing through the platform, it is completely optional but recommended!
Your login instructions will be sent to you prior to the event begins! Watch these videos on using WHOVA as an exhibitor.

Connect with Attendees and Promote
Emails to Attendees
Raving is pleased to share our attendee list with exhibitors and sponsors. Most tradeshows don’t allow this anymore, so let’s keep this valuable perk by following a couple of guidelines:
- We'll email all exhibitors the list of attendees about three weeks out from the event, then weekly as the event draws near. You will receive a final list of attendees after the conference as well.
- We ask that you do the following (based on the CAN-SPAM Act): Do not add attendees to your electronic mailing list without their permission. And if they request that you do not email them, please don’t!
- As an exhibitor or a sponsor of the conference, personal emails to the attendees to invite them to dinners, for coffee, to your booth, etc., is absolutely fine. Plus, you’ll get a much better response rate if your email is personal!
- Please reference the following dates and name of the conference (there are a lot of Indian gaming events and it can get confusing): Raving NEXT: Indian Gaming Strategic Operations & Leadership Conference, January 28 – 30, 2025, Pechanga Casino & Resort. Also, use the hashtag #RavingNEXT2025
- If you are inviting a large group to a dinner or late-night affair outside of the official conference program, drop Chris Faria a line to let her know. This helps us know what is going on so our team at registration doesn’t lead attendees astray with lack of information.
