What the heck folks – a virtual event? I look forward to your live event every year!

Yeah, it’s TOTALLY bunk, right? As we plan this experience months in advance, there were too many unknowns due to COVID – the main one being – will our attendees want and be able to travel after so many changes and losses in 2020? Also, what’s signature to this conference is engagement at a high level (group projects, small workshops, interactive learning, group games) and, well, you get it. Everyone’s safety comes first.

With that said, virtual Raving NEXT, will provide you the information and skills to help you tackle 2021 and beyond, we promise! Don’t give up on learning, just because it isn’t live. We’re looking forward to when we can get together in 2022!

I’m submitting a budget – what does my conference pass include?

Our pass includes 60-day access to our Raving NEXT virtual conference platform:

  • All sessions (you can watch live or view recordings at your leisure)
  • Access to all of the virtual tradeshow booths
  • The ability to reach out to other attendees, vendors and presenters through the platform messaging capabilities
  • Course materials including: follow-up reports, session quizzes and presentations
  • Certificate of completion on request
  • College credit with the University of Phoenix

When should I log on to the site?

Attendees can start interacting with other registrants and exhibitors starting on January 14.

How long has this conference been around?

Quick answer: This is our 23nd event (2021) though we started in 2001. For a complete list of events and locations, check out the bottom of our about page.

What do I wear?

We just wanted to make sure you were paying attention. We’re always asked this for our live events. PJs and bunny slippers are acceptable! There will be some live Zoom networking events that we’d really like to see your face … makeup and shaving is not required.

What’s the registration process?

We ask that all attendees pay by credit card and register online. If you need to pay by check, please email Registration will open November 1 for the January event.

I have some specific goals for attending this conference, and I want to make sure that I leave with a good understanding of the topic. Can I book one-on-one time with the presenters? 

If you’re trying to solve a very specific problem, book your private appointment today for some expert help. Half-hour Zoom meetings can be booked ahead of time. Free of charge for the first twenty attendees registered for the conference. What is your cancellation policy?

Once payment is received, there will be no refunds. We can transfer an attendee registration to another team member up to seven days in advance. Thank you for understanding that Raving incurs costs for exhibitors, sponsors and attendees in the planning of the event.
