2021 Tutorial Video: How to use the conference event platform

First, make sure you watch our Welcome & Tutorial video below. It will guide you through logging into the conference platform and features available for attendees. This may answer some of your questions.

Let's start with the who, what, where and why: 

Why: Raving NEXT: Indian Gaming Analytics & Marketing Conference is different than other conferences. Our goal isn’t for you to listen to people talk for three days, but that you come out with actionable solutions, ideas and inspiration through workshops, breakout sessions, motivating keynotes, and even games!

When: February 8 – 10, 2022. Attendees will be given access to the platform before sessions begin to get familiar with the virtual space. Live sessions will take place February 8, 9 and 10. But the learning doesn’t stop there! You get exclusive access to a series of master classes through April 2022. Plus! Our sessions are recorded, imagine having all sessions at your fingertips to re-watch on your own time! Attendees get access to the platform for 60 days.

Where: For the safety of our attendees, speakers and exhibitors, the 2022 event will be a fully virtual experience. Join us from your home, office, or even your mobile from anywhere in the world!

If you have already registered, you will receive a link to the same email that you registered. Make sure you bookmark this URL to the sign-in page: coming January 2022

When does the conference start?

The conference officially starts on February 8. However, we're letting folks log-in to the platform prior – we encourage everyone to make sure they don’t have any technical issues logging on and get familiar with the virtual platform before we go live.

Attendees can start watching pre-recorded educational sessions, visit the exhibitor books and enter drawings, update personal profiles and use the in-house conference platform to start reaching out to fellow attendees.

Do I need any special software to access the virtual platform?

Nope! The event runs on a conference platform called whova. You can login via any browser on your desktop (we recommend Google Chrome) and you can also download the app on your mobile device. We highly encourage the app download, it is easy to chat with fellow attendees and take the conference with you on-the-go. Our live sessions will be hosted via zoom. The links to join those meetings will all be available to you in the event platform. A zoom account is not required. Video camera and mic are preferred so you can engage during networking events.

I missed some sessions, how can I watch later?

All live sessions are recorded. The recordings will be available to watch the same day the session was schedule, posted later that evening.

How long do I have access to the conference? 

you have access to the conference for 60 days. The conference platform will be closed on April 8, 2022. You will use your same login to access. Remember you can re-watch sessions, take quizzes, download handouts, and still ask presenters questions anytime within this 60 day period.

When are the Masters Groups?

We will have masters groups scheduled after the conference. As an attendee, you will receive an email with an invite to register for these keep-it-going sessions. View Topics on the Agenda Page

You promised handouts and quizzes, where do I find them?

We sure did! When you go to the agenda on our online platform, click on the session. Scroll to the bottom to view and download PDF handouts or quizzes for that session. Both “on demand” and live sessions will have attachments for you to download.

How do I get credits with University of Phoenix?

Email that you are interested in learning more about credits for University of Phoenix or call us 775-329-7864. We will introduce you to Patrick Horning, University of Phoenix and confirm that you attended the sessions.

I’m submitting a budget – what does my conference pass include?

All virtual passes includes 60-day access to our Raving NEXT virtual conference platform:

  • All sessions (you can watch live or view recordings at your leisure)
  • Access to all of the virtual tradeshow booths
  • The ability to reach out to other attendees, vendors and presenters through the platform messaging capabilities
  • Course materials including: follow-up reports, session quizzes and presentations
  • Certificate of completion on request
  • College credit with the University of Phoenix

How long has this conference been around?

What do I wear?

For virtual attendees, PJs and bunny slippers are acceptable! There will be some live Zoom networking events that we’d really like to see your face … makeup and shaving is not required.

What’s the registration process?

We ask that all attendees pay by credit card and register online. If you need to pay by check, please email or call 775-329-7864. Registration will open in September for the February event.

I have some specific goals for attending this conference, and I want to make sure that I leave with a good understanding of the topic. Can I book one-on-one time with the presenters? 

If you’re trying to solve a very specific problem, book your private appointment today for some expert help. Half-hour or One-Hour meetings can be booked ahead of time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once payment is received, there will be no refunds. We can transfer an attendee registration to another team member up to seven days in advance. Thank you for understanding that Raving incurs costs for exhibitors, sponsors and attendees in the planning of the event.

I just found out about this conference! I’d love to watch everything on demand. Can I still purchase a pass?

Absolutely. We have 20 hours of sessions waiting for you and all content is available for 60 days (closing April 8, 2022). You can still register after the conference and even attend the post-conference Master Groups scheduled through April by going to our registration page.

I can’t find my registration email and directions to log-in.
